Villa Blue Vista is a spectacular oceanfront retreat, offering a private beach at low tide in the scenic Turtle Tail area of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. This newly built, modern villa features six spacious bedrooms, delivering both luxury and tranquility in an idyllic setting.

The main level features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, while a separate 2-bedroom, 2-bath guest house—complete with its own entrance—offers additional space and privacy. An expansive outdoor lounge area and deck space invites relaxation with panoramic ocean views.

Just steps from the water’s edge, you’ll find an oceanfront cabana, a kayak and paddleboard shack, a daybed, an outdoor shower, and a convenient beverage center—perfect for enjoying the Caribbean breeze from the Caicos Banks.

Guests can choose to rent either all six bedrooms or just four at a reduced rate, ensuring flexibility to suit their needs. For added comfort, the villa’s sparkling pool can be heated upon request (for an additional fee), offering year-round enjoyment.

Villa Policies

7 night stays are Saturday to Saturday & Shorter stays must start or stop on a Saturday.
An allowance of $350/week for electricity is included. (Please note any power overage is charged back at market rate + 12% tax)
Pool heating, if required, charged at $100/day + tax
Optional Butler Service from 9am to 1pm: $200/day + tax (Subject to availability and should be arranged in advance)
Rates reflect an occupancy of 2 people per bedroom. This includes children/babies/infants.
