Casa Varnishkes (Casa V) welcomes you to the quiet side of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. Located directly on peaceful and private Long Bay Beach, this magnificent gated estate offers the ideal setting for a luxurious yet totally relaxed vacationing.

Celebrate your fairy tale wedding, anniversary or other special event on the marble pool terrace, overlooking the pristine waters of the Caicos Banks or under a tent on the tennis court.

Play, swim, snorkel or sunbathe with family or friends on the nearly private sandy beach, only steps away from the house; or just relax on one of the terraces or porches taking in the magnificent panoramic view of Long Bay, an exquisite sunset or maybe even a breathtaking sunrise!

This luxury villa estate built on 2.5 acres features all the amenities that one would expect from a distinctive property. The 7000 sq. ft. main house is directly on 170 ft of beachfront, with large marble pool pavilion, a 40’ freshwater pool, covered outdoor dining with seating for up to 20, adjoining outdoor bar, BBQ, media room, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, modern office with internet, full air conditioning, and sumptuous bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and private terraces overlooking the sea.

Just steps away is the new Guest House with an additional 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living-dining and kitchenette, covered patios overlooking the ocean and separate laundry room. As an added benefit one of the bedrooms in the main house offers an attached sitting room with pullout sofa bed and TV.

The completed tennis pavilion features a fenced all-weather court and lighting to enjoy night-time playing, a large and well equipped tiki bar with bar fridge, sink, and outdoor furnishings, and a tranquility room which also has a sofa and full bathroom, weights and yoga mats.

Casa V is a dream Caribbean vacation home where you are guaranteed a friendly welcome and personal service through our Villa Manager. The property has a pool keeper and gardeners that come once a week; our housekeepers will do two mid-stay cleanings (per 7-night stay) or daily housekeeping can be arranged for an extra fee.

You are also conveniently located just: 20 minutes from the airport, 12 minutes from resorts, restaurants, shopping and 15 minutes from the golf course. Additional/Optional Sleeping Areas: Plus two sofa beds
